Third-party printing charges, courier fees, rush fabrication payments, or retailer-specific deposits labeled non-recoverable in your statement of work remain billable even during cooling-off windows once booked.

6. Processing Timeline & Method
Approved refunds process within fourteen business days via original payment path where technically feasible; otherwise bank transfers acceptable with reconciliation receipts.

Events beyond reasonable control—severe weather disruptions, retailer closures, or governmental restrictions—may justify schedule shifts rather than refunds; contracts describe precedence.
