1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing streamwise-hub.digital (the "Site") operated by Streamwise Hub ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms and our linked policies. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
We provide informational materials about trade communication portals and related trade marketing services for teams operating in or toward South Korea. Unless separately contracted in writing, nothing on the Site constitutes binding delivery commitments.
3. Acceptable Use
You will not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Site in ways that degrade availability, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend interactions that appear abusive or automated without notice where legally permitted.

Site content, layouts, text, graphics, and logos belong to Streamwise Hub or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to browse and share links; reproduction requires written permission unless narrow fair-use exceptions apply under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, our aggregate liability arising from Site use is limited to KRW 100,000 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim—whichever is greater—except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Busan shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory venue rules for consumers apply.
9. Changes & Termination
We may update these terms by posting revisions with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted. We may discontinue parts of the Site for maintenance or strategic reasons.
